Deusch & Co. is a medium-sized specialist for electroplating and surface technology based in Lorch-Waldhausen, between Stuttgart and Aalen. The roots of our company go back to 1898 and form the basis for the expertise that our customers rely on today.
We are an owner-managed company in which experience, short decision-making processes and partnership-based interaction with customers, suppliers and employees work together.

1898
Foundation of the company and start of activities in the surface finishing sector.
1912
Invention of metal and silver porcelain by Friedrich Deusch. Fine silver is deposited on non-conductive surfaces, primarily porcelain and crystal glass.
1975
Commissioning of the first continuous electroplating line – an important step towards specialized strip electroplating.
1991
Development and construction of a further, self-made strip electroplating system.
2004
Barrel electroplating extension, RoHS-compliant.
2013
Expansion of the production and storage areas with a three-storey extension.
Commissioning of a strip electroplating plant around 80 meters long.
2018
New warehouse with approx. 200 pallet spaces.
2026
Expansion with a further three-storey extension.
Start of the new silver strip electroplating line.

- In-house waste water treatment plant: Process waste water is specifically treated during operation before being returned to the cycle.
- Metal sludge as a recyclable material: Metal sludge produced is processed externally. This produces high-quality metal concentrates, which are later added to the metal production process as metal raw materials or additives for a closed material cycle.
- Resource-saving machines: We consistently focus on energy-efficient technology for new systems.
- Heat recovery: process heat is used to measurably reduce energy consumption.
In this way, we combine sophisticated electroplating with a conscious and responsible approach to the environment and resources.
