Deusch & Co. has stood for electroplating and surface technology in Lorch-Waldhausen for 128 years, centrally located between Stuttgart and Aalen. In our family-run business, we finish metallic components for a wide range of applications, from individual items to large series.
With a team of around 20 employees, we ensure stable processes, binding commitments and direct contact with the people who coat your parts every day.

The focus is on three production areas and an in-house manufactory.
Strip electroplating
Precision stamped parts and solid strips are coated in a continuous process in our strip electroplating facility – ideal for contact parts, plug connectors and connectors.
- Full-surface and selective coatings

- Copper, nickel, tin, gold, silver and passivations
Barrel electroplating
Barrel electroplating is the right process for loose parts and bulk material, such as stamped parts, connecting elements or micro parts.

- Gold and silver coatings also using the barrel process
- Gentle processes for more sensitive geometries
Rack electroplating
We use rack electroplating to coat sensitive, large-area or geometrically complex individual parts. Internal coatings, for example for bushings, are also possible.

Manufacture & handcraft
In addition to the automated production lines, we also have our own manufactory. Here we carry out precision work by hand.
